Notes from the President

Have you ever had one of those days?  You know the one where you really planned to sleep in but find yourself wide awake by 5am.  So you decide to get up and start work early on all those little projects you haven’t had the time to do.  Yes today is going to be productive after all.
You get out of bed only to immediately step on a large fresh hairball and nearly kill yourself trying to keep your balance.  You clean that up with the always handy paper towel.  Yes today is going to be productive.
You get to the bathroom and find that the furry kids have been having sand throwing contests and you are now brushing litter from  your bare feet with every step. You clean up the mess with the always handy broom and dust pan.  Yes today is going to be productive.
You go to the kitchen to start breakfast and discover  the cats have  figured out the combination to the bread box They have helped themselves to your bagels, crackers and biscuits.  You clean up that mess with the always handy vacuum cleaner.  Yes today is going to be productive.
You go to start some laundry and lo and behold the trash container in the utility room has been knocked over and both the dog and cats have smeared  yesterdays left overs all over the floor.  You get  the always handy mop and scrub brush and put the floor to right.  Yes today  is going to be productive.
You decide to go to your desk to see about diminishing the pile of paperwork only to find that the newest “joke on mom” by your lovely 4 legged kids is hiding the  wireless mouse and chewing the phone cord.   You pick up the always handy mystery novel and go back to bed.  Yes. Today is going to be productive after all!!!
